Best service, decent prices. Our car broke down near Bowie in the middle of the night. It was really scary until Allen came. super fast, efficiently and carefully managed the entire towing process. Offered us ride and made sure everything is taken care of safely and quickly. The local sheriff's department gave us his number and they are available 24/7. Thank you for saving our day

When my truck broke down, I was so glad I found Allen and his team at Industrial Diesel Service. From the first call, Allen was super professional and really knew his stuff. What truly amazed me was when he let me borrow his own F-150 so I could drive 90 miles to get the parts I needed. That level of generosity is something you just don’t see every day. On top of that, they fixed my truck the same day! Allen took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work they were doing. His crew was incredibly polite, respectful, and helpful throughout the whole process. If you need diesel services, I can’t recommend Allen and his team enough. They go above and beyond, and it really shows.

Just picked up our truck and was very satisfied.

Called Industrial towing on a very hot Saturday north of Wichita Falls TX after my motor coach unexpectedly shutdown. Owner arrived within 40 minutes and accomplished a very careful hookup to their huge tow truck. He delivered our coach to a repair facility and we were pleasantly impressed with their care and consideration. I had to move our coach two days later at the repair facility because of the intense heat and move it into the repair shops building from across the street where it was dropped off on Saturday. One phone call to Industrial towing and they were there to finish the transport in 40 minutes. Highly recommend this company especially for handling and towing motor coaches.

Although I did not use their service I did call and get an estimate and I was very happy with the price for the service I needed. I was able to get somebody to come to me and fix my truck instead of me having to have my truck towed to them which was a big help. They were very respectful they were very polite and I fully believe if I had used them that I would have been totally happy with their service and care.

My 'ol 97 Ford F250 needed some rest and help. She got both and it was good to get her home running well. Front to back they treat people well. Some say she ain't much but when you look at new vehicles with over dine amenities we lived without for ever let alone the price tag....how could you not love this statement of reliability handled by a crew that wants to do right by you?

Had an after hours winch out with them. Fast response time and a great operator of the truck.

These guys are great. The drivers have a great attitude and are polite,they’re careful when they know they should be. The owner is a very polite gentleman that cares about his customers. I use them to transport very special cars and when they have to be cautious they are.
